Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and you don’t have to take it alone. I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel heard, supported, and respected. Together, we can work toward healing, growth, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. I work with children, adolescents, adults, individuals, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional or behavioral challenges, or navigating life transitions who are seeking support, clarity, and healthier coping skills. I also provide affirming care for LGTBQIA+ communities.
I provide personalized therapy using DBT, CBT, person-centered therapy, and motivational interviewing. I support children, teens, adults, and families in building emotional regulation, coping skills, self-awareness, and healthier relationships in a collaborative and strengths-based environment.
You may be feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or simply ready for something to change. Therapy is a space where you can slow down, explore what’s coming up for you, and feel supported without judgment. You deserve care that meets you where you are and honors your unique experiences.
