My name is Aspen and I provide a supportive, collaborative space where we work together toward meaningful change at your own pace.

I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults, while also supporting adults across a range of life stages. I have experience helping clients navigate depression, anxiety disorders, LGBTQ+ concerns, self-confidence, and stress management.

My approach is grounded in meeting you where you are. I draw from evidence-based and expressive modalities, including CBT, DBT, and experiential techniques, tailoring treatment to your individual needs and goals.

Therapy can feel overwhelming at times, but it can also be a powerful step toward growth and self-understanding. I aim to create a warm, affirming, and judgment-free space where you can build confidence in your ability to cope and move forward.

If you’re looking for a therapist to support you through this process, I would be honored to connect.

Now accepting new clients!

I believe healing begins by making room for the full range of our emotional experience, not just our pain but also our capacity for love, pleasure, joy and connection. Whether you're navigating grief, life transitions, anxiety, relationship challenges or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy offers an opportunity to deepen your relationship with your inner world. Together, we'll build your ability to hold difficult emotions without becoming overwhelmed while reconnecting with the parts of yourself that long to feel alive, authentic and at ease.

My work with individuals and couples is rooted in curiosity, compassion and the belief that meaningful change happens through connection. I have specialized experience treating trauma, including providing 12-week Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) protocol for PTSD. I also support clients living with OCD, anxiety and panic disorders using eclectic evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and body awareness practices that honor the connection between the mind, nervous system and body. I also recognize that our experiences are shaped not only by our personal histories but by the families, communities and systems we move through, and I honor the ways those experiences can leave lasting emotional impacts. I strive to create an affirming and culturally responsive space where survivors of IPV, LGBTQ+ individuals and people from marginalized communities can show up fully as themselves and know they will be met with respect, curiosity and care.

I believe that challenges and suffering are universal parts of being human—not something to eliminate, but something we can learn to relate to differently. My hope is to create a space where your full humanity is welcomed, where you feel deeply seen, accepted, and challenged in ways that foster lasting growth, so that life's inevitable hardships can coexist with greater intimacy, joy, and a fuller experience of being human.

Kenneth Fulkroad, (He/him), MS

Now accepting new clients!

I am a dedicated and compassionate therapist committed to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and growth. My background includes a focus on trauma, mood disorders, interpersonal relationship challenges, and substance use disorders. I am particularly passionate about helping clients navigate complex life transitions and develop effective coping strategies to enhance their overall well-being.

My favorite therapeutic approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps clients identify and modify unhelpful thought patterns, Psychodynamic Therapy which delves into unconscious patterns and past experiences to understand how they influence current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which is an extension of CBT that helps individuals accept their thoughts and feelings without judgment, while committing to actions that align with their values.

My practice is deeply rooted in a commitment to cultural responsiveness. I recognize and value the diverse backgrounds, experiences, and identities of my clients. I strive to create an inclusive space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood, and I am continuously engaging in learning and self-reflection to ensure my approach is sensitive and appropriate for individuals from all walks of life. The populations I love serving include BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, individuals who have experienced significant forms of trauma and/or grief and loss. I believe in the inherent resilience of the human spirit and am honored to walk alongside my clients as they discover their strengths and build more fulfilling lives. I look forward to working with you.

Ama Brew

Have you ever been on the receiving end of a subtle comment or interaction that left you feeling unseen or unheard because of your race? As a woman of color in New Hampshire, I understand this experience all too well. These microaggressions, while seemingly small, can take a toll over time. But the good news is, we don't have to carry that burden alone.

In these healing circles, my aim is to create a safe space for open dialogue and shared experiences. Here, you will be amongst your community, amongst your people, where your stories will be heard, and your stories will be felt. We'll come together as a group to explore tools for processing the difficult emotions that arise from navigating racism. My background in psychology, human resources, and coaching equips me to guide these discussions and empower you to build a more fulfilling future, both for yourselves and for our community. I want to offer each of you the opportunity for healing and connection.

Jordan Garron

As a person of color who grew up right here in New Hampshire, I deeply understand the unique challenges faced by our vibrant BIPOC community. My journey, which includes proudly serving in the United States Marine Corps, has instilled in me an unwavering commitment to supporting and empowering others.

Witnessing the strength and vitality of our community firsthand fuels my passion for creating healing for the people of color within our beautiful state. For several years, I've worked in community mental health, honing my skills to support the specific needs of my community. The needs of OUR community. I am excited to channel that experience into facilitating these powerful group discussions specifically designed for the BIPOC community in New Hampshire.

My expertise lies in fostering a safe and supportive space where we can explore past hurts, navigate life's transitions, and find healing together. Whether you're a veteran or not, our community has faced many challenges. Know that your story is valued. Your voice matters.
